You can schedule your appointments directly on your trainer’s calendar. Just click the “Book Now” button below to see which training times are available, and book.
Note the Following
- 1. Schedule your appointments as close to one week apart as possible, as you’ll need plenty of time to practice what you learn in your training sessions.
- 2. You then will be able to cancel or reschedule if you need to.
- 3. If you’re canceling or rescheduling the day of your appointment, please text us to notify us of the change.
