Public shout out to Caitlin! Caitlin has a habit of observing needs at the facility - and acting on them.
Most recently Caitlin was concerned about the slippery ice rink in the court yard. So she labored to break up the ice and made an impromptu visit to HomeDepot to get more de-icer. She rushed there because didn’t want a preschool client to slip and eat ice. This is an example of Caitlin perceiving a need and acting on that need.
