Pavlov Dog Training did a wonderful job in training our Lucy to be a well behaved member of our family. Madalyn taught us as much as she taught Lucy. After three weeks of board and train we all understand how to communicate and get results. We intend to continue to work with Pavlov in the future to keep Lucy on the honor roll. Our experience with Pavlov Dog Training in Denver was nothing short of miraculous! We sent our 8-month-old golden retriever for the 3-week board and train program with Quinn, and I'm still in disbelief at the transformation.When we dropped her off, our pup was a lovable but completely untrained ball of energy - pulling on leash, bolting through doors, jumping on everyone who walked through the door, and treating her crate like it was optional. We were at our wits' end trying to manage her behavior.Fast forward three weeks with Quinn at Pavlov, and it's like we picked up a completely different dog! The change is dramatic in all the best ways. She now:- Walks beautifully on leash without pulling (even with distractions!)- Sits patiently at doorways and waits for permission to go through- Goes into her crate calmly and settles down without fuss- Greets people politely with all four paws on the ground (no more jumping!)- Knows the "park it" command where she goes to her cot and will stay on there until we release herQuinn took the time to thoroughly show us how to maintain the training and answered all our questions. The follow-up support has been excellent too.If you're struggling with an untrained dog and feeling overwhelmed, don't hesitate to contact Pavlov. We sent our 7-month-old mixed breed pup to Pavlov Dog Training’s three-week board and train program, and the results have been amazing. He was a bit wild before, but after working with trainer Quinn, he came back with perfect leash manners and a solid foundation of reliable obedience. They even taught him a few “extra” commands, which was a great bonus.Quinn was fantastic—not only during the training itself but also during the follow-up sessions. My pup, Roberto, completed their 3-week board and train program, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. He learned solid off-leash commands and came back happier, more confident, and incredibly well-behaved. We also did a mini refresher, and it was so helpful in reinforcing everything he learned.The trainers at Pavlov are friendly, professional, and super responsive. We worked with Jason initially and then Caitlin. Caitlin has been fantastic and continues to check in to see how he's doing. Roberto loves them — he gets excited every time we pull up, and I have total peace of mind knowing he’s in great hands when I travel and leave him there for boarding. Berto and our dog walker even ran into Quinn at Wash Park, and Berto was stoked to see her!The at-home lessons have also been a game-changer, giving me the tools to continue his training in real-life situations. Recently I dropped off my Pitbull puppy, Moose, for the 3 week board and train program; I cannot say enough positive things about this program and our trainer, Virginia! From the minute I picked him up, I could see a difference in him. Moose is more respectful of his sibling, and walks like a champ on his leash👏I would highly recommend Virginia to anybody with a bully breed - she really knows her stuff when it comes to them. She made me feel 100% comfortable leaving Moose and knowing he was going to be in the right hands. I can’t thank you enough for the work you put in!Moose was welcomed back into the office and couldn’t be more proud to show off his new manners.

The training at Pavlov has been hugely helpful for me with my Bernedoodle, Twyla. Most recently we did a week long board & train at Virginia’s home incorporating E-Collar training. As soon as I dropped Twyla off at Virginia’s house I knew she was in great hands! We had our last follow up lesson and she has learned so much in a short amount of time! Virginia is super knowledgeable and explains things so clearly. I feel very comfortable going forward and that I can practice with Twyla on my own to reinforce her good behaviors!
